Consulting:
In addition to a wide variety of solar powered and solar recharged products that
we have designed, we have also provided consulting in the form of sales and marketing
services to quite a number of firms.
European Thin-Film Photovoltaic Manufacturer:
As an example, for several years, we were a consultant to a large European manufacturer
of Thin-Film Photovoltaic Solar Panels. While this solar technology is not as powerful
as a crystalline panel for its size, it lends itself to large area power generation.

Enron Solar Asset Investment:
This report was developed by Robert Mulligan in May, 2003 as part of a
consulting contract to examine markets for Thin-Film solar Products, large and small. The contract
was issued to Mr. Mulligan by an investment group that desired to purchase portions of
the former Enron/BP Thin-Film factory, after the auction ended. Much of the equipment that
was sold at auction went to scrap dealers where it was either sold at a very low cost, or was
destroyed for its metal and electrical value.

Solar Powered Radio Design Project:
In 1999, PHOTON TECHNOLOGIES was contracted to design a small, inexpensive
solar powered/recharged AM/FM radio for a major U.S. manufacturer. Within a period of
one month, we designed, tested and submitted our design to the manufacturer for
further feasibility testing. We not only provided a design that met their requirements, but
also included an ultrabright LED as an illumination source which expanded their
markets to third-world countries where inexpensive illumination is a requirement.
